02.08.2021 · I just got a Model O Wireless, and the firmware updater is doing the "waiting" thing, so I've unplugged and reconnected the mouse, then tried to open the software and it said "Device is disconnected." I've tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling, and it still just says "Device is disconnected"
Ok just got my replacement Model O- today. It's true that the mouse functions fine without the software, but wow the software makes everything customizable, as it is supposed to be. Like others here, software didn't recognize mouse. So I updated firmware as suggested. Reinstalled software after firmware update, and everything is working perfectly.

Mouse detected by Windows. Downloaded software from website. Extracted zip. Ran as admin the firmware update but it is stuck on "waiting". Opened up the software it says "device is disconnected". Changed USB port no difference. Restarted PC no difference. EDIT: all working now. install the correct software using the link below.
Update to everyone. According to the Glorious discord multiple people are having the mow 100% bug and they are working on it apparently this issue has been identified since *January 22nd * and they still have not fixed it. Honestly fucking ridiculous. This is my third wireless mouse and never in my life have I bought one where the software is bricked on day 0 of using it.

Model O Software Disconnection. All of a sudden, my sensor stopped working. (I have the model O) I used some model D disconnection update to fix the sensor; it worked, but now I have to manage my mouse using the Model D software. Whenever I try to use the Model O software again, it says device is disconnected.
