May 25, 2017 · If you are not receiving notification emails after form submissions, it is because GoDaddy is blocking them. If you are not using GoDaddy for email, then these settings will not work.
Aug 04, 2009 · The last time I tried doing this (maybe early 2011-ish) I was not able to programmatically send out from Gmail account on GoDaddy. I took code the exact same code that worked on a different hosting company's server and it failed on GoDaddy's server so I'm quite confident that the code was not the issue.

22.06.2015 · Well, they are not blocking the SMTP for my other email servers, I get the impression they are blocking the GoDaddy SMTP server by name. Anyway, the only SMTP they are blocking is for my main work email, and I work from home 30% of the time.
13.03.2022 · That's because GoDaddy is junk. They block outbound SMTP, so you have to use their servers, and gmail doesn't allow you to do that while using domains hosted by gmail (because it's forgery), so any mail that you submit will be rejected.
