Lesen+ Horen+Schreiben+Sprechen should be 60% in total. Same is followed for A2 level also i.e in total 60% to pass the level. But for higher levels i.e B1 onwards you have to score 60% individually in all sections to pass the level which means 60% in lesen , 60% in horen , 60% in schreiben and 60% in Sprechen.
