It is currently still available for websites that already have it installed. The Google Translate's Website Translator now displays this message :
30.03.2021 · Google Translate widget was retired some 2 years ago as Translate product was integrated into Chrome browser and the website owners no lnger needed to add the widget code within their websites. Google Chrome offers translate for the users if they enable this option within the Google Chrome browser.

However, as of January 2019, Google has stopped providing access to new website translator widgets. In addition, the Google Translate widget (which Google calls “Google Translate’s Website Translator”) is phasing out on websites where it is active now (as shown below).

Recently, Google brought back it's widget service to non-commercial businesses, so be assured this service won't be retired so soon.
