You can set the dns with. ha dns options --servers dns://x.x.x.x. ha dns restart. The only thing is it won't change the locals entry but it will only use the one under servers. In my setup I have 2 pi-holes. Under locals is one and under servers I have another. It never uses the one in locals. 2. level 2.
