Jan 12, 2020 · Can't get home screen to load. I have 3 ROKU express devices on 3 TVs. All used to work fine and two still do. One device will show the purple screen with ROKU but will not advance to the home screen and will not respond to any of my remotes. I tried powering off and waiting and powering back on. I did a hard reset with the reset button.

When trying to perform a factory reset, please make sure to press and hold down the Reset button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on the screen. 22.03.2020 · Apple TV and Fire TV aren't tv's (yes Fire tv are tv nowadays but at one time it was called a tv when it wasn't), where the Roku TV is an actual TV with a screen, and always had screen when called Roku tv. settings> inputs> scroll to AV input> add it, rename it if you wish.
