01.03.2018 · LEVELING UP YOUR LABORER Each laborer starts at tier 2 and level up slowly as you give them journals. Each time they level up you gain access to higher tier journals. You do not have to use higher tier journals however the resources you get back are determiend by the journal tier. Tier 2 gathering journals will only return tier 2 resources.
