Instead I get the message '{VM NAME}' could not initialise. Not Enough Memory in the system to start the virtual machine {VM NAME} The host has 16GB RAM, of which only 4.8GB is in use.

When I try to start virtual machine, it says enough memory is not available. I have 8 GB of RAM and A virtual machine fails to start even sometimes with 1 GB of ram or less. When there is not enough space on the disk, the server could not initialize memory and unable to start. Besides this option, the Hyper-v will not reserve disk space for the memory.
