Aug 29, 2019 · I'm having a bit of trouble with my Windows 10 Pro Hyper-V. Connectivity on my physical machine has been flaky, but I've been blaming Comcast for that. As I'm trying to troubleshoot it, I've noticed that when I go into Task Manager's performance tab, an Ethernet connection keeps popping up for several seconds and then dissapears:
