Above the timeline where you import media click on the overhead tab named "Titles" there are tons of text boxes to choose from, just pick one, drag it to the timeline and click on the T on the preview bar. I want to move text around the screen and position it in a specific area in my project, but there doesn't seem to be any option for this in the title formatting menu, it only lets you have text where the premade title cards place it.
