We have a 27tb datastore (iscsi LUN on a Synology NAS) with a 25TB vmdk and when Veeam did a backup, it created a big snapshot (2.2TB). I was able to delete the snapshot, but upon snapshot consolidation the datastore ran out of space, now on 12mb freespace.
