28.02.2019 · There is a production SCCM on our network as well and I am not sure if this would cause an issue however, I have the firewall turned off on both the server side and the client. When I try to connect to the root\ccm namespace it shows as invalid.

Sep 13, 2010 · Basically, Open up Computer management and in the sidebar on the left side go to the services and application drop menu and go to WMI control. Then look at the bar on the right and click on more actions and then properties. If you are having the same error as me you will see it here.
Why do I get "Invalid Namespace" on some of the application's fucntionality. One example is when I try to get package name from an entry within the Execution History. To get the Package-Name in the execution history, you have to define the Primary SMS Server and SiteCode ("Get PkgName Options:" in the Navigation Pane).

24.11.2021 · The script creates a text file (in C:\WMIScan) with all of the WMI classes in each of the WMI namespaces for Configuration Manager when run on a Configuration Manager primary site server. A log file is also created listing all of the namespaces scanned and whether the scan was successful.
