05.10.2019 · Confirmed and replicated the issue on several iOS devices: iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone XS Max on the latest version of Outlook. Sorry I don't have an answer to the problem, but I will be opening support tickets with both Apple support and Office 365 support, hopefully will get some traction on this.
