Definitely not. The gaming world is unfairly windows centric and if you want to do stuff like game modding than windows definitely has linux beat in the convenience factor. If playing a game on windows is 100% convenience, than I would say playing a game on arch is like 90% convenience. Many games run perfectly fine.
