Chromium-based browsers, however, are very good for security; Ungoogled Chromium makes it private. Binaries can lag behind the source code, but you can obviously compile it from source. Firefox has way more security issues, such as lack of a decent sandbox, especially on Linux where there is basically no sandbox, even to the rest of the OS.
