In our lab environment (which is virtual) on previous images of Kali I had setup auto login of users, upon each boot it would execute script that starts VNC server. With new 2020.1 image change and user setup I cannot find a way anymore to autologin user as settings are not anymore user friendly in GUI.

09.01.2018 · Almost every guide on auto-starting tight VNC is outdated, +3 years. After checking my VNC logs, the protocol versions work fine (so that's not the problem). It is just the tight vnc server will not auto-start when my Raspberry Pi 3 starts up. Yes auto login to root is enabled. I am not prompted for a login. Could use some help.
