This program is to train Korean-Japanese government scholarship recipients who will be sent to study science and engineering at a Japanese university. Students begin the six-month program each year in March at Kyung Hee, and take courses in Japanese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, English, and other electives.

Courses in English, Japanese, Spanish, French, and Russian are offered. The English language program runs for eight weeks and is offered six times each year. The classes are separated into levels by ability. A placement exam is administered before the beginning of each program to ensure the most effective learning experience.
