If you're fine with the content you had in your logic classes and proofs in your linear algebra class, you'll be fine. I wouldn't take both at once, though. They're fairly heavy course loads. Generally, you see students take real analysis first because it's more applicable to real life phenomenon and abstract algebra is, well, more abstract.
