This week I am building a Gentoo install on one of my laptops and the thought crossed my mind that it would be pretty cool to be able to have a minimal Mint install that only had the software that I actually use.

I got interest in Linux this year after getting SICK & TIRED of windows 10. So I bought a laptop to dive into the Linux world. I've experimented by installing an UbuntuServer base install and then bringing in the Mint repo and installing the Mate-Desktop-Core.
