Maybe M&M's owner thinks they will maintain a thriving business with such dirt-poor customer service. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with M&M and I don't like leaving negative reviews, but the level of incompetence at the M&M's Restaurant in Carson, CA left me no choice but to do so.
