Windows 10 File History vs Macrium Reflect Free I have 3 internal SSD drives |(C) 500gb - (D) 1tb - (E) 2tb| that I want to backup to a 4tb DAS device. Should the built-in File History in Windows 10 be fine or should I use a program like Macrium Reflect Free instead?

Synopsis: Block-level system backup/re-imaging once a month or so to a NAS to protect from disk failure. Everyday userdata data is synced separately (e.g. nextcloud, syncthing).

I also used the windows method so now I have 2 images, one in the macrium's format and one in windows' format. The macrium made image is only 79gb while the windows one is 96gb. My main drive that the image is of, has 96gb of used space.
