After the installation, I boot the system and I get to the user login screen but when I login the screen just goes black and nothing works from there. I'm able to get to a terminal display from the said login page using Ctrl+Alt+F3. I've got an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U and a AMD Raedon Vega Graphics, computer is an HP (if it matters for something).

I just installed Manjaro, it boots fine to the login screen. As soon as I login the screen goes blank. I tried with the root account and it's the same. From login screen and after I login I tried ctrl + Alt + f2, it just go to blank screen. I installed with the free drivers. This is a fresh install.

06.10.2020 · Manjaro 20 Gnome has been running great for a month on my AMD 64-bit desktop until an update 2 days ago. Now it boots to a black screen.
