19.11.2021 · So I have been looking at Linux as an alternative. I've sampled all the major LInux distros, and I've settled on Manjaro as the best for my purposes. The rolling release is one of the best features, and it amazes me as a Windows user that one virtually NEVER has to reboot the computer after an update, unlike Windows, MacOS or IOS.

26.02.2019 · YES, THERE IS! Just made a minimal KDE ISO, and running it right now. Many thanx to @philm and his video tutorial found here: Manjaro Tools: How to create your own Manjaro Spin. NOTE: I only removed and added packages (removed Firefox, Octopi and some KDE tools i didn't like, installed Pamac and Chromium).

12.09.2020 · I don’t think there would be. I didn’t know Manjaro now has a minimal iso but I’ve seen other distros like gentoo do the same thing. All it means is that you’re only getting the packages that you need to run the operating system and possibly your environment and that’s it.

The Minimal edition is Manjaro ARM, but without a Desktop Environment or Xorg at all. Device Maintainer: Ray Sherwin. Edition Maintainer: Dan Johansen. Get Raspberry Pi 4 Sway 21.12. Manjaro ARM with the lightweight tiling window manager sway.
