If you use ttf-ms-win11 package from the AUR you will be installing all of the main fonts included with Windows 11 and in theory it isn't deprecated like the font packages ttf-ms-fonts or ttf-vista-fonts. Grab the fonts and license off an existing Windows machine, like someone else mentioned you can slap those on a flash drive.
