08.10.2020 · After you bring manjaro at the top, you have to press F10 to exit this menu, and then you have to press again F10 to save. I have never seen this behavior again. So this is the solution, it has nothing to do with manjaro installation and I think that the forum admins must add this information in some wiki page for people to know.
