pacman -Syy manjaro-sway-settings; create another user (so you don't overwrite & loose current configurations) login via you login manager; I'd insist on creating a new user, since /etc/skel/ is changed after installing manjaro-sway-settings and even though I don't know if we have colliding configurations with gnome/kde/xfce, it isn't unlikely.
