The GTK themes are nice, but the window manager (XFCE & Metacity included) are my favorite window themes so far. You may also like Paper themes, also in the AUR. All 3.20 compatible.

The problem with themes is not that Pamac is not following it but the fact that the theme is not updated to match the properties supported by gnome. Pamac is build using the latest gtk so if theming is inconsistent then it is caused by the theme - not the application.
