For tez, you need to use below parameter to set min and max splits of data: set tez.grouping.min-size=16777216;--16 MB min split. set tez.grouping.max-size=64000000;--64 GB max split. 01.07.2021 · Hi, I’ve just try amp with pytorch yesterday with a Pascal gtx 1070. I just which to “extend the gpu vram” using mixed precision. Following the tutorial and increasing different parameters i saw that mixed precision is slower (for the Pascal GPU which seems normal) but the memory usage is higher with that GPU.
