So what I did was delete the 2 pip directories under C:\Users\ [user_id]\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38\Lib\site-packages, then run python -m …

So what I did was delete the 2 pip directories under C:\Users\ [user_id]\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38\Lib\site-packages, then run python -m ensurepip again.
28.03.2018 · the installation didn't go through, you will notice no module called model_utils in your project folder. uninstall it pip uninstall django-model-utils then install it again pip install django-model-utils a new app called model_utils in your project folder.
