Summary: Sadly let down by Hurtigruten. The ship was very comfortable, the food excellent and the scenery fantastic. However, the reason you go on this cruise is to see the Northern Lights. The literature clearly states again and again that announcements will be made whenever the lights are visible so that "you will never miss a sighting".
