not sure if you can convert multicast stream to unicast using firewall (iptables). However you can set up igmp-proxy and have static MFC rule in '/routing igmp-proxy mfc' to forward stream from upstream to some downstream interface without IGMP join request. This would work if your stream provider is PIM-DM.
