After over a year+ of using Nextcloud as my self hosted cloud for all my devices, I recently switched over to the S3-compatible object storage offering by DigitalOcean called Spaces. I could not find anyone who had configured this as the PRIMARY storage on DO, so here is my working config after much trial and error, I hope this saves someone else some time.
