On Backup step you will see an error: Create backup Parsing response failed. They also added the paid part in OC to the free version in NC (theming, etc).

[nothing] Observations: No relevant log entries (neither in data/updater.log nor in the Settings -> Administration -> Logging) Tested: Clean update, removing data/updater-... entirely. Restoring previous 19.0.6 installation.
