Actually I didn’t know there was a difference. But yes I’m trying to use a ZFS dataset as external storage in Nextcloud. I’m moving over from freenas to ubuntu. I currently have four 8tb drives with two vdevs(I’m questioning my knowledge of the terminology now I hope this is correct).
