nicehash starts with using like 3gb but over time it eats ssd all the way untill cuda memory error or cuda driver error using over 18 gb + 8gb ram. the error comes after 30 mins - 120mins of mining. how is this happening and any way to fix but replace with bigger ssd?

Mar 04, 2020 · When I run 3 or more GPUs, I have out of memory error while running NiceHash OS. In my case the solution is to enter main simplified screen (with fan speeds etc) of BIOS, press F8 to enter boot priority order and select the USB stick - not a partition - in order to run NiceHash OS from USB device - then NiceHash OS runs with no problems.

You should definitely increase virtual memory size in Windows. That is most likely the problem you have here. You will need to set it to pretty large value - somewhere around 40-60 GB.
