In my case the solution is to enter main simplified screen (with fan speeds etc) of BIOS, press F8 to enter boot priority order and select the USB stick - not a partition - in order to run NiceHash OS from USB device - then NiceHash OS runs with no problems.

You should definitely increase virtual memory size in Windows. That is most likely the problem you have here. You will need to set it to pretty large value - somewhere around 40-60 GB.
