Hi, i have a nvidia shield tv and i can see that i have installed a app called live tv channels but i can't open it or use it anyway.

Go to android tv google play store typed in google live tv then selected enable. If you don't have an app to populate it won't show. To my knowledge, these apps are Pluto.tv, the weather channel, and cumulus tv (which is so cool).
