The Raspberry Pi is supported in the bcm27xx (prev: brcm2708) target.. Subtargets are bcm2708 for Raspberry Pi 1, bcm2709 for the Raspberry Pi 2, bcm2710 for the Raspberry Pi 3, bcm2711 for the Raspberry Pi 4.. This subtarget features 32-bit and 64-bit builds.
