01.04.2021 · The address and gateway in this "ULA-Prefix" range will be added alongside to your IPv6 settings (on the router and the client devices in the "Global" scope), but will not interfere with the public IPv6 address routing. The assignment of these addresses is required by the protocol.

FYI: the ULA-Prefix here is the common network portion of the address (first 4 quartets), and the IPv6-Suffix (last 4 quartets) is the unique self-generated host portion. A lot of clients will prefer IPv4 over a ULA IPv6 address if there is no global IPv6 address assigned, so you may need to change your existing ULA prefix to indicate a global address to ensure traffic goes over IPv6 by default when possible.
