Otto Neumann Knoph Sverdrup (født 31. oktober 1854 i Bindal, død 26. november 1930 i Sandvika i Bærum) var en norsk skipsfører, oppdager og polfarer. Han var fra 1874 bosatt i Steinkjer. I 1908 kjøpte han Villa Walle i Sandvika som han kalte Homewood, der han bodde til sin død. Otto Sverdrup regnes blant «De tre store» i norsk polarhistorie, sammen med Fridtjof Nansen og Roald Amundsen.
