29.06.2019 · Thank for your response. I realized that once I saved the document it converted the fields to flat and I was unable to get it back to fillable. I think the same thing happened when I also clicked the final signature tab also. Signing throughout the form did not seem to have an impact. I was, however, able to add text to the flat form.
