09.01.2022 · Peace and Conflict Studies (master's two years) The Peace and Conflict Studies Master’s Program (PECOS) provides analytic tools and empirical insights to understand the multifaceted challenges associated with war and conflict.

Peace and Conflict Studies combines an in-depth study on the causes of war and social conflict, and ways of preventing and ending them. You will address crucial challenges of the contemporary world and develop the knowledge and skills necessary for effective citizenship in the post-Cold War world.

Peace and Conflict Studies is a multidisciplinary programme which draws on perspectives from political science, history, law, anthropology and philosophy.
