The pluperfect passive sujunctive of a verb is formed by placing its past passive participle (“PPP”) before the imperfect subjunctive form of the verb sum (I am). The participle will change its ending according to gender and number, e.g. cum aqua portata esset, puellae discesserunt. When the water had been carried, the girls left.
