11.11.2015 · Your proxy is using hotadd which disables CBT for the Proxy VM, so for each backup the whole disk needs to be read. There's no workaround for this issue as CBT would be unstable in that case. You could switch to Network mode, which gives you faster incrementals but slower full backups.
