22.12.2021 · The issue happens on all 3 Roku's when going to settings/clear viewing history and bookmarks choosing to clear abnormally ends the TV App back to the Roku home screen. When clearing watchlist it clears and stays in the App on the same screen, that is how clearing viewing history and bookmarks always worked and I believe how it is supposed to.
Jul 06, 2021 · If you’re still having trouble using your Spectrum TV app on Roku, try re-setting the device by unplugging it and plugging it back in after 30 seconds. You can also try a Roku system update by clicking on ‘system update’ in your Settings. (Definitely don’t uninstall the app, however.) That should resolve any issues.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart.

General Troubleshooting. Restart the Channel. Press the Home key on your Roku remote to exit the Spectrum channel. Go back and select the Spectrum TV channel.
