If it's worth anything, the boot selection screen looked similar to systemd and not grub but googling around didn't come up with such a significant change from 6.1 --> 6.2 - though it may just be my hallucination as I'm not too well-versed in the bootloader aspect of things so it could just have been grub, I checked /boot but there weren't any files related to systemd boot.
