I thought it would be cool to have an option to hibernate VMs ... when this option avilable in MNG Proxmox now I must hibernate VM manualy?

You can right-click on a VM and choose Hibernate. Proxmox will create a snapshot and then release the VM's resources. If and when you restart Proxmox the VM will start (if it is set to auto start) almost instantly from the snapshot and then the snapshot will be automatically deleted. The only caveat is the the VM's time will be off.
