Nov 23, 2019 · I have a problem with no video through HDMI and VNC when raspberry was booted without a connected monitor. Connecting a monitor to a RPi that has already booted does not display an video. Only connecting a monitor and restarting the RPi helps. After booting I can unplug the HDMI cable and work through VNC.
