01.09.2016 · The Pi is just lurking out the back, with some code controlling sensors, lights or something. But when I was developing this projects I ran into some sort of stability problem with the Raspberry Pi. Randomly the Pi would crash, it could be after 5 minutes, or 5 hours.

Ditto. Raspberry Pi OS is extremely stable. Only over-clock experiments or under-voltage experiments have crashed my Pi's - which is expected.

When Raspberry Pi are ready, they will release new install images that use Bullseye instead of Buster. That will be fairly soon.
