I can ping 192.168.1.3 from 172.16.1.1 but not to other servers (192.168.1.1 etc.). Initially I though it is a gateway issue but as I said, I have manually assigned default gateway to 172.16.1.1 to all the servers in 172.16.0.0/16 network and same for the other network ( set default gateway to 192.168.1.3)
