BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have had the Roku Streaming sticks for about 3 years now and have absolutely loved them. I recently upgrades to a Roku Ultra and even though the device is great, Roku's customer service is bad bad bad!. I purchased the Ultra device directly from Roku.com at the then price of $99.99.

Excellent customer service. contacted Roku uk through live chat 30th June to say my remote was not working. I had my serial number but not the box they told me to send it all back (remote, streaming stick and plug) which I did with the returns number they emailed me and I received a new replacement today 5th July.

Essentially there is no Roku customer service and you cannot reach anyone to help you with an issue that is not listed on their site. I don't understand how you can have a business that ignores your customers needs. Roku sucks and I am going to look for another streaming service that actually works. Useful 3.

Reviews For Roku Customer Service (1) Cs. Waited 27 minutes for phone support only to find out I must pay an extortion fee of $10 to get reconnected to the Roku. I will not be treated as if Roku is doing me a favor for a reconnect. Nice try but I will take my business elsewhere.
